  • Timeframe: You are within the first 5 days of the original purchase of the course or product.

  • Misrepresentation: You have purchased the product, and after accessing it, you found that it is not as described on the sales page.

  • Unresolvable Technical Issues: You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes the product unusable or inaccessible. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the course in the future. If your issue comes from not being able to access the content properly or getting the platform to perform its basic functions, we will happily consider your refund request.

  • Support Cooperation: You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s), or you have explained why the product will not work for you.

  • Access Revocation: You agree that your access to the course materials and platform will be immediately revoked if a refund is granted.

 

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing a product from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.

 

Ineligibility Conditions for a Refund Request

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind or decided you do not want the product after you have already accessed or downloaded the materials.

  • The product did not meet expectations that were not explicitly stated in the product description.

  • You bought the item by mistake.

  • Lack of Expertise: You do not have sufficient technical expertise to utilize the training (e.g., lack of basic computer literacy required for AI Data Training tasks).

  • Insufficient Information: You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information or proof as to why you are entitled to one.

  • Platform Removal: You can no longer access the content because it has been removed from the platform (we recommend you complete your training as soon as possible after purchase to avoid this situation).
